Financial Assistance
Financial assistance is available to students through favorable long- and short-term loans, fellowships and awards.
- Loans - through the University and private lenders are available to physical therapy students who meet eligibility requirements. Applicants for loans must file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form as well as a loan application available through the University's Office of Student Financial Aid Services. Inquiries about loan assistance should be directed to the University's Office of Student Financial Aid Services, IUPUI Campus Center CE250, 420 University Boulevard, Indianapolis, Indiana 46202-5145.
- Fellowships and Awards - Recipients of fellowships or awards are recommended primarily on the basis of the student's academic achievement, potential as a physical therapist and, to a lesser extent, financial need. Fellowships do not require repayment by the recipient after graduation. Students must make formal application for Department level Fellowships by the announced deadline. Applications are available in the Department of Physical Therapy. The Physical Therapy Faculty Scholarship Committee recommends recipients for these awards.
