In addition, MacKinnon was also involved in the textbook on postgraduate supervision with the title “An introduction to postgraduate supervision” with Prof. Laetus Lategan as editor. She was the first Senior Fulbright Scholar to visit the CUT in 2008. She has also assisted postgraduate students with project proposals and motivated undergraduate students to continue postgraduate studies.
